Statement on Roe v. Wade Decision

Today the Supreme Court has handed down a radical decision which will deny women and those seeking abortion throughout this nation the right to determine when or whether to start or enlarge their families — allowing individual states instead to make such critical decisions on their behalf.

I am committed to making sure that the State of Minnesota will protect our right to choose!

This radical decision also opens the door to potentially denying people the right to use birth control or in vitro fertilization.
